Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received. The item must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Customized or personalized items are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
If the return is due to the customer's fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the item you receive is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer is not responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
